Go from
to 
1.Prepare your base(resize,sharpen,soften etc.)
2.Duplicate it once and set it to Soft Light at 88%
3.Create a new raster layer and flood fill it with #209C3D.Set it to Overlay at 78%
4.Paste this base by
dearest over your top layer and set it to Screen.
5.Create a new raster layer,apply this brush by hybrid-genesis.net.and mirror the layer.
6.Duplicate your brush layer once,and you`re done already :)
