The last time I asked a question I got some amazing help and tips.  I was hoping that it will happen again :)

I am new to CS2 and have been going through the memories tryin to teach myself some techniques...anywho, I came across this tut:

and can't for the life of me figure out how to take it and use it in CS2 and IR.  Anyone that can give a girl a helping hand...it would be greatly appreciated. _Cat
