Alright question:
I have never had this problem in the 12 years I have been using Photoshop, but whenever I go to move something that is on a layer, for instance when I have text on one layer and then the background picture below it, I can not move the text unless I click on a pixel within the text, and if I don't it will move to the background layer. Now this wouldn't be such a problem if I could move images that have 50% transparency on them. Anything below 50% it acts as if nothing is on that layer and just automatically chooses the layer below it. This is very aggravating, does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
P.S. I use Photoshop CS, please help me!
