Lines Tutorial (yes, another one)
Just another way to achieve those nifty dotted and dashed lines everyone seems to love. This was made for PSP8; I have no idea if it will translate to other programs/versions.
1] Click the pen tool. See?
2] Go to the Line Style and click the drop down arrow. Choose the line you want. See?
3] For straight lines, use Line Segments, for curvy lines, choose Freehand under Segment Type. See?
4] Go crazy! The possibilities are endless.
Especially since you can customize your lines:
Just play around in there and see what you get.
Oh, and when drawing your lines, make sure to have your background color transparent:
And have fun! You can draw these directly onto your icons or make them into brushes.
