question!

I am becoming obsessed with those dotted lines / brushes. I will use them in just about anything. I wanted to make just a texture set of colors and dots, but in PSP the dotted effect doesn't work too well. I mean, I've seen tutorials around here on how to do it in PS, but anyone have nice looking tips for PSP? specifically 7, if that matters!
