extracting the photos...

I've seen pictures from http://www.kurthalsey.com/work.html 's website used in icons and everytime i go there, i can't save the pictures because i think it's macromedia player or something and it won't let me save it.

i was wondering how people extract the photos frm that website to use in icons.
