When I'm making a mood theme, I can never achieve the clarity and bright colours of some other moodthemes I see, and generally end up being unsatisfied with my lack of skill. I'm looking for the clarity and colours like this or this, where as mine are this. I use PSP but also have PS. Last time (with the above mood theme) I duplicated the base several times, using a variation of screen + soft light. That brightened the caps, but didn't really add the deep colour I'm looking for, and did nothing to help with quality. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
