Listens: Tvoja Jedina- Divas.

I've decided to stop slacking.

Going from Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us to .

Crop your photo down to 100 x 100 to get this:

Duplicate your base once, set to Screen at 100% and merge the layers.

On a new layer, we use this texture by TRE, set to Darken at 100%.

Next, another texture by TRE, set to Soft Light at 100%.

And next? You guessed it. Texture by TRE, set to Color Burn at 100%.

That's way too dark, so duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Screen at 100%.

We add one last texture, again by TRE, and set it to Multiply at 100%.

On a new layer, we use this brush by Miggy, with some random light color from the icon- I used #9DA995, set to Hard Light at 60%.

Add a 1px border in another random color of your choice, taken again from the icon. Used here- #3E4733. Leave on Normal at 100%.

Using one of my tinytext brushes, stamp it on twice on a new layer in an off-white color. #E0DDCC, Normal at 100%.

Add your text above the stamps in the same color, set to Normal at 100%. It may blend with the rest of the icon and be hard to read.
In this case, use a drop shadow, or set a new layer below the text and brush in a 5px bar in #FFFFFF, add a 4px Gaussian Blur, and set to Soft Light at 100%.

And there you have it, you've got your finished icon.

Originality never hurt anyone, so try not to copy step for step.
Comment if you try it out, and let me know what the end result happens to be.
Last, but not least, if you happen to post work made from the textures shown here, please give proper credit to the creaters!
