Well I don't know if this is really related to icon making, I hope it's not off-topic.
Anyway.
My webcam makes kinda sucky pictures, and I want to make out icons out of those piccys. But they come out all yellowish and stuff.

How do I make them icon worthy of it's possible? I use Photoshop CS.
Any help veeeery much appreciated! ^_^
