Making lips not look red?

Hi there - I have a problem that I'm hoping one of you can help me with. I don't think I've ever seen this issue before, which is why I don't know how to fix it!

Basically, I like to use photos of myself for my default icon, firstly because it's just too hard to pick a favourite fandom icon to use, as I make thousands, and secondly, because I'm vain. And I have a new photo I want to use as an icon, but it's from Halloween, and my lips are briiiight red. And I look like a tramp (which was the idea), and I don't really want that look in my default icon. So, anyone out there who can suggest a way in which I can make my lips look normal coloured (as in, as if I wasn't wearing lipstick at all) using Photoshop jiggery-pokery?
