Missing Brushes/Brush tips-PSP 9
Okay, I have tried everything, now I turn to you.
I will first admit, I'm a moron.
That said, I moved my PSP brushes around, hoping to make folders for them (example: Borders, text, texture, ect). Dumbdum *me* deleted the tips thingies (not the brushes, the other file that you apprently need) because...I'm an idiot and didn't know I needed them, I thought they were weird duplicates.
*sigh*
Now I have a bunch of files that PSP wont' reconize, I can't import them and deleting/re-installing doesn't help.
To make that more clear:
I "file preferanced" not only the brush folder (and subfolders) but each little folder (all together and all seperate)...nothing.
I attempted to import and they told me they were already there (both before and after I deleted every folder except the brushes themselves and their new folders which are now floating in My Documents because I don't know what to do with them)...still nothing.
I deleted every folder but the brushes (see above) and re-installed PSP and went through all this AGAIN...nothing.
Cleared the catche, reset EVERYTHING to default (I haven't even bothered with my textures and patterns association right now)...nothing.
So short of deleting every known PSP file on my computer INCLUDING the brushes and having to go back through five years of downloading...I'm lost!
Help me, please.
EDIT: I got it figured out. I just have to re-do the tips (open image, re-create brush, save, move both brush tip AND brush). Now if only I didn't have nearly 700 brushes to do this for. *sigh*
