Ok my first tutorial EVER lol this tutorial has been done but I don`t think it`s been done on PSP9 + ANIMATION SHOP do I`ll do it ;D
Going from
to 
using PSP9+ANIMATION SHOP
1.Ok 1st make a new image with the size 98x98 because we want boarders make the bg of the image white.
like so :
you can`t really see it but you get the point.
2.Ok now your going to start adding your texture but before that you need to choose a color I`m going with brown : #433421 && white : #ffffff.
3.Now go ahead && choose your textures && brushes I`m using these :
texture :
Brush :
4.So now go ahead && add both the texture + brush (note : make sure you first add the texture && then the brush also make sure you make your brush white because it looks bad otherwise)
5.Now I you should have something like this :
but I`m guessing with diffrent colors lol .
6.Now add a 1px boader in black like so :
.
7.Now let`s go start working on the picture re-size your picture to 98x98 then add it ontop of the bg you just made it should look like this by now :

8.Now with the earse tool (
) now set your controls like so :
. (note : I like to set the size to 50 because it makes the image look like it`s fading)
9.Now that you have eveything set && ready to erase start erasing around the image should look like so :

10.Now set your "blend mode" to "hard-light" should look like this :
.
NOTE : THE NEXT FEW STEPS MIGHT BE A LITTLE HARD FOR YOU GUYS
11.Now go back to the original image and cut just her face off with the freehand tool (
) but before that set your controls to this : 
.
12.Now just cut around her face like so :
now just cut it.
13.With the little piece you just cut add it to the whole thing like so :
notice how her face doesn`t look all faded anymore.
14.Now just copy+paste it as a new image && with this brush :
add that ontop of the whole icon && set your blend mode to "burn" && your opacity to "17" now it should look like this :
(note : you don`t have to add that brush if you don`t want to)
NOW TIME FOR THE TEXT PART
15.My text is going to say "seductive" with the font "amaze".
16.Open up a new image 98x98 again make your bg the same color you made this texture with : of course mine will be brown ;D.
17.Now add your text to your new image but make sure you have the following controls checked :

18.Ok so since it should be floating fo to selections>>modify>>expand && set it like this :
.
19.Now cute the image && make a new image but make it TRANSPARENT make it 98x98.
20.Now paste the text ontop of that.
21.Now go back to your earse tool && set you contorls again to : .
22.Erase a little bit of the boaders of the text so now it should look like :

23.Now copy+paste it onto the icon like so :

TIME FOR THE ANIMATION
24.Now go copy+paste it into animation shop as a new image.
25.Now go back to PSP9 && go to effect>>distortion effects>>twirl.
26.Set the twirl to -321.
27.Don`t copy just yet now go to effects>>effect brower>>average blur high set that like so :

28.Your image right about now should look like this :

29.Now copy+paste it onto animation shop after the 1st frame so now you should have 2 frames after each other.
30.Now keep going back && forth && repeating the same step untill you have this :
(note : the only thing that should be changing should be the blur the twirl changes by itself)
notice how I set the 1st frame to "50".
31.Now save it && you`re DONE . yayyyyyy -throw canffetti- so now your finished product should look like this:
