PSP 8 : Justin from Queer as Folk [US]
I've been pondering over the last couple of days whether or not to make a tutorial. So I have made this one to share with everyone. Keep in mind that this also is my very first ones so please be patient with me. It's a very simple tutorial anyways so I should hope that no one will get completely frustrated with it. It's a bit image-heavy since I made sure to save at every step.
For those of you who are curious, I use PSP 8. I'm sure it will be easily translated into Photoshop.
