Make-up effect??
umm hi!! ^^ i'll ask this quickly i hope you understand what i'll be trying to say:
i've seen some make-up effects in like 2 tutorials and i was wondering how to do it, because in the ones i've seen they just say that "we add some make-up" and that's it, but i don't exactly know how to (hence, my question), and everytime i try to do it it gets messed up XoX (like if my icons became possessed by an evil blob LOL)
so if anyone here could direct me to a tutorial or explain it to me i'd appreciate it very much
