Smooth Animation

Does anyone know how to make an animation look crisp when repeating? In Animation Shop and Image Ready?

I made this icon:
in Animation Shop Pro, but apparently I don't remember how I did it (eh, maybe some months ago). I do cap the frames, but not all of my gifs repeat smoothly.
