I have two questions to ask.

1.Can anyone point to a tutorial for fading borders in PSP Similar to ones that look like a brush? I've seen one but it's for photoshop.
2.Does anyone know where I can get large size star brushes? I'm making a blend I'm going to use as a banner/header.

Edit: If you don't mind, can anyone also tell me how they got this glowy effect on the lettering for the banner on this Jennifer Aniston site?
