Help with animation!

Hey guys, JUST mastered the making an animation from several screenshots *happy*
But... I want to know how to put it onto an base, I've tried and cant.
Im sure there have been many tutorials, but I can't find them, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I use photoshop and image ready.
