Graphic Help
If this isn't allowed here, let me know, but I read the rules and didn't see anything against it, so here goes....
I've been trying to make graphics like the one I'm about to show you for a long time, but I can't seem to get this look anywhere:
Does anyone know if there's a tutorial on something like this that you know of? Or maybe some tips and textures/brushes that might help. I don't want to make an exact duplicate of this, but I really love the style and I just can't seem to grasp it.
