Tutorial #6: Basic Colorization, Ashlee Simpson
Another tutorial. Colorization mostly. Fairly basic, we'll be achieving this effect using Abode Photoshop 7.0:

We started with this base, which is a pic of Ashlee Simpson's fluffy skirt. (original image from Ashlee-Star)
I added a gradient by 77words and it to Exlusion.
Then I added another gradient by 77words and set it to Overlay, 68% opacity.
This last gradient doesn't do a lot, just darkens her skin a bit. (by 77words) Set to Darken.
Then I used one half of a brush by tragic_icons. Heh, look at the pics if you're confused. Set it to Darken, 58% opacity. I used #64667B.
Then I added this rounded border, in the same color as before #64667B, by ch_photoshopped.
Lastly, I added some tiny text by disasteriffic. Same color.
