My first tutorial. Very basic. For Photoshop CS, but I'm sure it's easily translated.
Go from this to
Start with the base:
Crop, sharpen once, and resize to 100x100.
Add
, a base by 
dearest. Set it to Soft Light.
Add
, also by dearest. Set it to Soft Light, with a 40% Opacity. Erase the section covering the hand.
You should have this:
Create a new layer, add any brushes you like (I have no idea who made the one I used... if you do, please let me know!). I used the color #be823a, set it to multiply, and duplicated it once.
Add a simple border (use the select tool, choose the square that you don't want filled in, then right click, Select Inverse, and fill that area with the desired colour).
And you're done!
Very, very easy! I'll post a more difficult one in a few days, maybe.
