I am trying to make screen caps from my DVD's and I having a hard time doing it. My Windows Media Player and Realplayer won't play my DVD's, for some reason. I have PowerDVD and Dell Media Experience, which do play my DVD's. I've looked in the memories of this community and found out that PowerDVD, the version that comes with computers/cameras doesn't have this ability. So I was wondering if anyone can help make screen caps with the Dell Media Experience?
