I want to make an icon out of this picture (only the part with Penelope). I'm familiar with both Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. The picture is old-looking as you can see, but I want the icon to look like an old photograph. A bit wrinkled and a bit broken at the borders or corners. That's the part I don't know how to achieve. I know there are some grunge brushes that can give that effect (if you know where I can find some good ones, please let me know). The thing is I don't know how to use them. I don't know how to set the layer and/or colors to make it look a bit more realistic. So, if you could give me some tips I would really appreciate it. =)
