Is that a brush? The strip? Or is it done a certain way. If its a brush does anyone know where I can get the set.

Also. I have an icon related question.

Where does one get an account or something to hold that many icons? I use photobucket but I think photobucket only allows 120 files for a free user.

__iiicons has almost 200 icons per post. Where does she hold them all?
