1/Take the image
Which mine was found Here
and resize it down to 100x100
2/Add a new layer in this color and set it to exclusion
3/ Take the base and copy it to the top, desatuarate it and set it to soft light.
4/ Flatten the image and sharpen it once
5/ Take this light texture and set it to screen, erase the parts over the body and drum and that's about it. If it comes out too light (the circles), just duplicate it again and set it to screen again. Or even just sharpen the light texture once. I realize it's a different picture (they all look the same!), but it's the same idea :)
