Ok, As  general effect , I would like to know how you make things glow. I want to know how you could make only I certian peice in an Image glow, and leave the rest the same. Like a mystic glow feeling, so lets say if i creat an angel, how do I make her face glow, so it looks very out of a dream.Also, How do I only get a pieace to glow

Im not sure how to get the eyes to glow, and to sort of touch up a body/ face with a shimmer look
