I made a very short tutorial. In PSP 7.

Where going from this:  to:

First you are going to sharpen> unsharp mask> Radius:80  Strenght: 50  Clipping: 5

Then duplicate the layer. Set it to soft light

Then colorize> Hue: 0 Saturation: 0

Duplicate the top layer if you want for a more whiter look

And your done!
