This is my first tutorial - how to make this:
I used Photoplus to make this icon, but it's easily translatable for other programs.
First things first: we start off with this cap:
Crop it and over-sharpen to get this:
Add this dark blue gradient and set to exclusion at 55% opacity:

Add this gradient and set to darken at 100%:
>>>>
Duplicate the background twice, set the first to screen at 100%, and the second to lightness (not sure if PS and PSP have this) at 100%
You should now have something like this:
Add this brush by

Add the text. I wrote "triggerhappy" using the font Mom's Typewriter, size 4, (my text size is messed up, I know :p) available at dafont.com
