Making a Shaky Camera effect in Image Ready?
I looked through the memories and found this: http://www.livejournal.com/community/icon_tutorial/229867.html and I really want to make the icon 
mrmonkeybottoms made, but they said that it was made with a tutorial and they didn't know how they did it.
So could anyone tell me how to make that effect in Image Ready? I tried motion blur and tween...but it gave me a smooth effect, I want a rough one like in the icon posted.
