my first icon tutorial

I was asked to do a tutorial some time ago. I never wrote one before, but I tried.

Now I saw that respect asked about a glitter icon tutorial, and I thought I could post mine here. Hope it is useful to someone!

I am using psp7 and animation shop 3, so the tutorial will be made for these programms.
