 Well, obviously, first I found my picture and cropped it to 100x100 px. That's how I got my base. Be extrememly careful with your cropping, though. Don't center your subject, it almost always looks horrible. Make a nice artsy off to the side crop, mmkay? :D This looks horrible and it makes Jorja's arms look really chunky. You don't want that, no no.After I got my base how I wanted, I picked a plain 2px brush, then set the spacing in between the dots to about 200%. I made swirly lines of dots in black, tan, and white, then sharpened them. Then, I typed complete nonsense in Georgia, 2pt. In black, of course, then I moved it off to the bottom and side.
