Quicktime Problem

I read the entries in the memories about capping with Quicktime; pause, Ctrl + C, etc.
I'm trying to cap a Jarhead trailor. The file plays perfectly and everything, just when I try to copy the frame, or go to Edit >> Copy, nothing is copied onto my clipboard. Anyone willing to help me out?
