Hi guys. I have a question...I've seen this technique done on the eyes in PSP on the splash screen so I was interested in seeing if this could be duplicated. My friend duplicated these pics for me with a base that I provided in PSP but I was wondering if it can be done in Photoshop and if so, how would I go about doing it? I have Photoshop CS2. Thanks.
