My first tutorial.

First step: As usual, resize and crop your image.
Second step: Duplicate your layer and set to screen. Her face was a little too bright, so I used the eraser tool on a low opacity (9) and erased a little bit on her face.
Third step: Add a new layer. Next, I added a texture I had just made and set it to soft light.
Fourth step: Add a new layer. Flood fill your image with this color: #582D6F, set it to exclusion and lower the opacity to 28.
Fifth step: Add a new layer. Here I just took the selection tool and made some selections where I wanted and flood filled it white, then lowered the opacity to 48.
Sixth step: I just added some text using Times New Roman, size 5, on a new layer.
Seventh step: Duplicated the text layer.
Eighth step: Added a border.
...and that's all. Enjoy. :]
