putting text on a path in PSP 8

I've seen this done with PSP 7. And I searched everywhere online to see if there would be any tutorial that said how to do it with psp 8. But the only things I could find were puting text on simple geometric shapes. arg! soo frustrating. Does psp 8 even have a editing paths option?

In case anyone is still confused as it is in my nature to ramble, this is what I would like my text to look like.
