Using Adobe Photoshop 7


So I used this screen cap I took from The Ataris- Boys of summer video
and cropped it to this

I sharpened it about 2 times but it all depends on you image

then I duplicated my base (Layer>>Duplicate Layer)and set it to Screen opacity 100%


I duplicated that Layer and left the blending mode on normal


I duplicated that Layer and Set it to Soft Light 100%


Once again Duplicate that Layer and Set it to Screen 100%


Now Make A New Layer and Set it to Soft Light 100% Fill with Black

and in all you should get this


Heres what your layers palette should look like


Okay now flatten your image and add some Details :
Maybe add a border
