Animated Snow
FIrstly I use COrel Paintshop Pro X, Adobe Photoshop 7, and ANimation Shop 3
And yes I did look through the memories under ANimation and Effects and did not see anything like this (found rain but no snow!) If I missed it kindly point me in the right direction.
If not then I would like to know how to achieve this nice animated snow falling effect in this Icon here
