1. Sharpen and duplicate layer --> Set to Screen --> Duplicate again --> Flatten Image.

2. Duplicate --> Add New Layer --> Fill #D3BC92 --> Set Layer to Hue.

3. Take Eraser Tool and erase tan area that is on his face --> Flatten.
4. Duplicate layer two times *now there are three layers* --> Desaturate the second layer --> Move third layer over to the side where you can still see his face and some of the side to that layer.
5. Pic a part of the entire icon to create a divider and use the rectangle tool to make the divider, hit delete and fill with a color of your choosing, here is is white to show you the divider and then it is shown in black.

6. Flatten the image and create to more dividers aka bars at the bottom and top. The size is up to you. Match the colors to your vertical bar.

7. Add whatever brush or text you'd like after this!
