Hey, new member here. Very unlikely I'll post tutorials, seeing as I mostly follow them, but you never know~

Anyway, I've looked through the memories but, to be honest, I don't even know what this would be classified as. Is there anyway to fix the image quality of anime screencaps in PSP9?

I'm not actually too much of a beginner with icons, and definately not with graphics and PSP in general. But whoever did the only available Fruits Basket caps on the whole internet* can completely destroy any experiance I may have. So... help please?

*I'm sure a few other people did, as well, but 97% of caps and 99.9% of the caps I need are complete crap.

EDIT: Alright, the first three caps are workable now. Thanks, guys~ But the last one still defies any attempt of fixing it.

EDIT 2: The last one works. <3~ If anyone else has any ideas/tips/whatever, it'd be very helpful, but the urgent problem is now solved. ^^
