Make this Icon using PSP9 in two easy steps:  from THIS

 

Start with THIS picture. Crop and resize down to 100x100

Now use this gradient (made by any_otherday)

 Set it to Darken and erase all of the yellow on her face.

You should now have something like this:

 Pretty, Right? Needs a litttllle more :)

Add this:

, set it to lighten

and....

VIOLA! Now, That was easy, Wasnt itt?
