I usually don't ask questions, but I'm having trouble right now. What is the best way to get a good black and white icon? I know how to do black and white, I've tried using curves, and everything else. So how do you get an icon to look good in black and white for instance this icon by teh_indy:



I use Photoshop 7.0. Thanks!
