Fade In/Out Light Effect
I use PSP7 and Animation Shop 3. I've made this icon in PSP:
And now, I want to take the tip of the cigarette and make is glow brighter, then darker. I've already drawn in the lighted tip, and have tried different ways to animate it myself, but nothing it turning out exacyly right. The memories didn't have what I was looking for either.
