Screen Capping problem.

I looked in the memories, and read a tutorial [or it might have been a Question] about screen capping in Windows Media Player.

Whenever I pause the video and hit CTRL + I, or even just CTRL + I in general, nothing happens. Nothing is copied to my clipboard. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
