using PS7.1. Set the picture to 100x100 and go to Filter --> Sharpen ONE time.
2. Layer --> New Layer (Layer 1) --> Paintbucket tool --> Fill with #D3BC92
3. Set this layer to Overlay @ 77% (If you're new to PS, go to your Layers on the side and right click Layer One, it will bring up the Blending Options and from there you select Blend Mode, select Overlay from there and alter the ratio below it) and click OK --> Go to Layer --> Flatten Image.

4. Right click icon in the Layers section and duplicate image --> Set layer to Soft Light @ 84% --> Flatten.

5. Go to Image --> Adjustments --> Color Balance --> Levels at -73, -39, +8 --> Duplicate layer --> Set to Color @ 72%
6. Image --> Adjustments --> Hue/Saturation --> Levels @ +16, -20, -35 --> Flatten.

7. To give it a shine I added a new layer --> Fill with #6E001D --> Set it to Lighten @ 100% --> Flatten.

8. Add now a brush and/or text of your choice. I used a brush from
ingenu0us and used Advertiser 14pt font.8a.
9. [Optional final step] Go to Filter --> Sharpen Edges. After that I noticed the rough edges on Rachel so I took the Smudge tool and created a style to her edges just by smudging the lines. ;)
10. Flatten the image and enjoy.
End result:
