My first tutorial and my first time posting here. ^^ Anyway, this is probably NOT for a beginner because there are lots of steps (heh..22 to be exact) in it and I don't provide images of the steps. This was made in Photoshop CS2, but you can probably make it in PSP or another graphics program. Anything below Photoshop 7 won't work.
