Photoshop CS tutorial

First time poster but here goes.

Croft's tutorial has inspired me to make a tutorial myself :D This will also be my first one so... yes. Who are we making an icon of? Roy Mustang of course.
Done in Photoshop CS but I'm pretty sure you could translate it to other programs.
