Resizing images in Photoshop 5.5
I've looked through the memories to try to answer this question, but didn't see it. Apologies if I missed it!

is discussed how to resize an image using "smart" resampling.
Unfortunately, I'm still using 5.5, and "smart size" isn't listed as an option for resampling. And every single one of my icons always turns out super cruddy, because they are all pixelated to heck every time I resize an image. Is there another way to do this in 5.5? Maybe it's called something else, or it's in another location? Is there at least some sort of long and involved and irritatingly complicated process of making my tiny image not look like a bunch of blocks?
