Roslin and Starbuck Gameplan Tutorial

Once again, this is a colouring icon... but a tad more complicated that the aqua D'Anna Biers tutorial. It's so easy to make icons with *so* much colour.

Please note I use GIMP, but I'm sure it's easy adaptable to other programs.
