Hey! I looked in the memories and couldn't find what I'm lookin' for...  So can anyone help?

Okay, I want to make the water in this sig (made my me) to like..  ripple or shimmer.  Look like it's moving anyhow.  I use PSP 9 and JASC Animation Shop 3. 

Any ideas? =\
