Hi! I just joined this community, and my friend Ginny told me about it. I've been making icons for about, oh i dunno, 6 months? I dont know.  I have a quick question, i looked in the memories and didnt see anything that i thought would help me, so if you could help me i would be really greatful! Any advice at all..

 

The Question:
 I use animation shop for all my icons because i only have 16 colors on my computer, because its stupid and wont take to a graphics card at ALL. I've tried, believe me. I want to be able to make blends and blend backgrounds on icons & such but I cant because i cant use PSP inless  you have 256 colors...and i dont. So what im wondering is, does anyone know any other software that you can do blends in....that you dont have to have 256 colors? Im really needing some help!
 I hope there wasnt anything in the memories about this, because i did check, but if i missed it could someone point me that way :) Thanks Guys!
