Very Basic PSP 8 tutorial
--> 
1) get your base:
Sharpen Twice
2) Duplicate & Screen 100%
3) Duplicate & Softlight 100%. Flatten Image.
4)
Softlight @ 56%
5)
Multiply @ 64%
6) Duplicate & Screen @ 80%
7) Crop to 96 and add 2 pixel black border around it:
Done! All icons are different, and it might not come out exactly like mine. I'dlove to see what you ocme up with!
